Mantra Melbourne Airport

Nice and spacious room Location- 10-15mins drive to airport or other restaurant, however there is restaurant in the hotel Provided amenities except in house slipper, tooth paste and tooth brush Service- we were group of 6 and booked for 3 rooms, asked for storage luggage before check in time, front desk officer suggested to do early check in for 1 room with AUD120 but we refused so still managed to keep all the luggages at hotel luggage storage room.

Near to the airport but the parking space is not very convenient. Is near but at the top of a building no cover for cars. Definitely a no for that. Very good the stake at their restaurant

Staffs are helpful and friendly, except the airport shuttle bus driver. Room is spacious and the bed is really comfy. The only thing I wish to improve is the restroom space and layout.

I stayed one night at this hotel, hoping that I could sleep well and not be late for the airport, because my flight was very early. You can only check in after 4 pm. What I regret is, I called up to 5 times but none of the receptionists wanted to pick up. Until when I arrived, the receptionist apologized because the connection was not installed. It's really something very regrettable for the engraving of an international hotel chain but there is no telephone connection. I arrived at 12 pm just because the phone connection didn't work and only slept for 4 hours. At 4 o'clock I went to the reception and asked for a coupon to be delivered by the shuttle to the airport. Had to wait quite a long time because he was sent to be a datu with a band crew with a lot of equipment and a complicated family group that brought a lot of goods. I also have to wait to get in, arrange things including unloading things. This hotel is not worth being used as a transit right with its minimalist facilities and unfriendly staff let alone not wanting to pick up the phone. It is better to stay in another transit hotel or stay in the CBD.

The best thing of this hotel is providing free pick up and drop off from and to the airport. Coming from overseas without Aussie phone no is not a problem. Just go to the information counter and tell the staff about the free pick up service and they will help to call and then will tell you where to wait.  The waiting area is very near to the information counter and easy to find.

Very well organized pick up and drop service off from/to airport. Check In was smooth and rooms modern and clean, bed very comfortable. Area around quiet and safe, easy to book an uber as well. Especially perfect if you want to pick your Camper from Let‘s Go Motorhome the next day.
