Check in with Best museum staff was very nice and friendly and helpful, even at the dining room and breakfast. The staff was really nice and helpful. Just wish we would’ve had an extra roll of toilet paper in the room.

Coffee maker did not work in my room. Table lamp did not work. The breakfast buffet was not worth $13.95. I believe the staff could have been more helpful in providing options . The pricing was on a white board but I did not see it & did not enjoy the breakfast as biscuits were over cooked, hash browns were not cooked.

very nice staff, and I like that they have a choice for breakfast of either $8 continental or $15 hot. Close to rental car return!

This Hilton property is very tired looking and not well maintained. Although my room seemed clean, it desperately needed to be refreshed. Also, the bed was very saggy. The fitness center was a disappoin**ent. None of the machines worked properly. The treadmill would only go 1 mph, the elliptical would not power on and the Peloton bike would not connect to the network. I notified the front desk about these discrepancies, but did not follow up on my second day at this property.

Smoke detector beeping, they did come remove it. Unfortunately they had a gas leak so no hot water at all first night. Room drapes are water stained bathroom tile is falling off. Water damaged cabinets around fridge. Overall building in room and hallways is rum down.
