They tore down breakfast 30 minutes early and they had water in the lobby that needs to be addressed and the staff had no idea I had reserved a room . I also noticed a horrible smell in the stair well the room was clean . And the stay was on

This hotel was the most visually unappealing hotel I have ever stayed at. Numerous broken windows and mattresses stacked up at the entrance. In addition to this several homeless people inside the entrance and around the property. It is very frustrating to book something and take your family some where that you feel unsafe at especially when your paying for a service. Staff was very short and not willing to work with us at all regarding the situations but did tell us that as long as we lock our vehicles our belongings would be safe.

We have really enjoyed our stay, the lady at the front desk was kind, welcoming and very helpful. This was our first trip to this area and she told us about a few close attractions.

There was some kind of flood or water damage in the hall carpet and they had a few fans blowing it...there was also an overwhelming smell of chlorine in front of our door in the hall.

This place is disgusting. Not only is it very run down, mechanically nearly everything is broken or has an issue, and the staff takes zero pride in cleaning. We will absolutely never stay here again! You've been warned!!
