Everything was great until they charged my card a second time for the room. But they made sure it was refunded back to the bank. Other than that, great hotel in a great location.

Very misleading says has pool and pool is closed and it's summer time!!! Not happy at all!! Also the front desk person was not helpful at all with advising us about the facility bad service

We have stayed here a few times in the past. The location is good and the rooms are nice and big which is nice for our bigger family. Everything was clean and quiet. The front desk worker was very nice. The only thing that made me give a four instead of a five is the breakfast. It was ok but not great. We would stay here again.

Excellent service from the moment we checked in! Our TV wasn't working so had to report that. In just moments it was fixed. Easy to get to from I44 and plenty of dining choices. Wonderful room with a king bed. Everything was well-maintained and clean. Slept wonderfully! Good breakfast and then we were on our way!

I stayed at the Hampton for business and I had a separate reservation from a group that I was with. I was greeted by Leah P. At check-in. She provided the BEST customer service that I have had in a long time! She was welcoming, friendly and gave me a great Hilton Member bag. The suite that I stayed in was so clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The cost of the hotel was somewhat inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was. Overall great experience! I would stay here again and again!
