Well one hour to check in systems were out, room was not fully clean

Hotel room was a little run down. Tape to hold torn carpet down at door and bathroom tub was discolored and worn. Traffic noise was very loud even in middle of night, making for disturbed sleep.

If I could have rated it a zero - I would have. The good - staff. The hotel is very fortunate to employ such friendly and helpful individuals. Grateful for them. The bad - hotel is in desperate need of a renovation! It hasn’t changed in a very long time (stayed here before and hated it then)! The walls are paper thin! I heard phone alarms at 3AM and 5AM, the AC turned off multiple times during the night and the tub shower - ugh (see photo). The carpet shifts in the room and was disgusting. The freeway noise woke me up multiple times, frustrating. So disappointed I left after one night, to bad as this property has so much potential.

Nice hotel. The furniture it our suite was terrible. The couch was worn out completely. It has a cover over a completely worn down. I heard it was due for a remake. It needs it.

Nice people working at desk and concierge lounge. Hotel is fairly well kept and rooms are quiet and nice, however not much around the area and far from downtown. Bar and restaurant pretty quiet with not much going on. Had issues with internet that were quickly addressed and fixed.

We’ve stayed here a bunch in the past but haven’t been back in a while. I was very disappointed! The shower was stained and the stopper was broken. It didn’t look like it had been updated in years. I asked for towels to be brought and they never were so I had to call back the next morning. It was not a good stay and will not be back in the future.

Rented the room for my triplets 5th birthday having never been to a hotel before. Check in a 4pm pool closed at 5pm with “sorry for the inconvenience” woke up Sunday to try to swim before check out “pool closed”

Excellent property, convenient location, great customer service from check in to check out. Amazing food service and quality of food in breakfast area. Of special note were the hostess, waitress and chef Angel! Chef Angel made a special omelette to order for me and brought us unsolicited pancakes because we talked about favorite breakfast foods. Chef Angel went way above and beyond to make our breakfast experience one that was fit for royalty🥰.
