No one was ever at the front desk to help with questions or check us out. Break fast was limited and not diabetic friendly. I could not even find anyone so I could request an extra blanket.

Dirty and torn linens, dirty room, murky pool with limited hours, and understocked breakfast area. The "plus" in Best Western Plus was definitely missing!
