Do NOT book here.
There is no breakfast buffet, at all.
The elevators have been broken since January, according to the front desk.
The sliding balcony doors do NOT lock, it would be simple to jump the railing and get into the room.
There is VISIBLE mold growing on the lobby ceiling.
The hotel is undergoing major construction, and again, has been since January.
The rooms smell like an ashtray.
The one thing this place has going for it is the staff.
All the front desk guys are super nice and helpful.
I didn't get photos, but I will try and post them if I can re-open this review later this evening.

The hotel was in a state of disrepair. The elevators didn't work - it rained in the lobby and it rained in the fire hose box and poured on the floor. There were bugs in our bathroom and we had to ask for clean towels for our room. The bathrooms off the lobby were out of order. The back doors were always propped open. We felt as tho we were staying in a homeless shelter.

There was only one sheet on the bed, no blankets, and a roaches were everywhere on the bed in the bathroom on the walls, everywhere.

This was the worst hotel and experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot! The sheets were dirty, the tv wouldn’t turn on (the guy at the desk was nice and brought a new remote) but even with the new remote I couldn’t change the channel. There was a piece of cardboard taped on the window with broken glass, there was a FIGHT next door with a man assaulting a woman, I heard furniture falling and punched. Doors slamming and full screaming all night. I slept less than 2 hours on their dirty bed. The shower water was black when I turned on the water! Roaches were crawling on the floor. It was VERY UNSAFE

DO NOT STAY
Extremely dirty and in very poor repair. Room had cockroaches running in it, the lamp had been pulled off the wall and broken, and left sitting there. Elevator was broken and when I took the stairs down to the lobby, the exit door was locked - death trap in a fire.
I will be reporting this to the city fire marshal.

When we got there, they weren’t even sure if our room was clean, so we had to wait. Then when we got to the room, there were roaches crawling around the bathroom. The stairwells were full of boxes and bags of trash, and it smelled horrible

The room was full with roaches. When I informed the front desk, the guy there bluntly said "I don't care."
