We stayed as a family of five, and it was disappointing that there were only a few shampoos, conditioners, and soaps, but there was a pool and a gym, which was great.

Large room with everything we needed. Nice to have the free breakfast with hot and cold options. Our only complaint is that the king bed was very hard. It needed to be replaced. Because of the bed we probably wouldn’t stay here again. Sleep is so important.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel looks great. The room was exactly what we needed and while it shared a wall with the stairwell, it was still pretty quiet.

Menu never offered past offerings, eg bacon. Sausage was very greasy. Waffle batter had no cup to pour onto iron. Bagels were hard and stale. Very disappointing. When I arrived, there were many crumbs on carpet, dirty shirt left in drawer from previous occupant. I stayed 7 days. Room serviced 2 times.

Very good hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. Unfortunately the walls of the room are paper thin and we could hear every noise in the hallway as well as every flush of the toilet in rooms beside and above us.

My room was all good with good service. I was offered assistance anytime I wanted it. Wifi is easy to connect to. I liked just using a code rather than a password. I asked for a few paper plates and the receptionist had no problem going to the back and getting me a few. Enjoyed the breakfast and the Christmas tree in the lobby is neat to look at! Check-in online was going good until I got to the last part where I had to post my ID.
For negatives, the website kept telling me that an error occurred and try again. I finally gave up and had the receptionist finish it from there. The pool water is very cold! I couldn’t stand to be in it any longer than 5 minutes.
