Just to be clear my review is not against Best Western in general just this location. Maybe I expected more since just 2 months ago we used another location that was beyond what we hoped for. However upon checking in the only thing that clerk went over with me was the no pet policy. I was never informed if breakfast would be available much less the time or where to find the breakfast area. I hardly ever need use of the iron in the room but this being a rare occurrence was let down when it wouldn't even turn on. Overall the room was very clean but I found that when I went to shower that the complimentary shampoo had to have been used before. It weighed much less than the conditioner and I was barely able to get a dime size drop out of it.

It was a ok place to stay, staff were nice, rooms could use some Maintenace, breakfast could use a few more options and better coffee.

Check in time is 3 pm but when we arrived around 3:30 pm, no rooms were available and we had to wait about 15 minutes to check in. The room was ok-ish. There were cobwebs in most of the corners. No battery in the smoke detector and the bathroom floor was nasty in the corners. The heat/ac was either hot or cold, couldn't seem to regulate the temperature. The cable to the TV was damaged so TV reception was spotty at best. We reported all of this to the front desk. The breakfast was very minimal. There wasn't much of an offering.

One star is generous. I was supposed to stay 3 nights and checked out after 1. Cleanliness - hallways and room reeked of smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room), mold and rust in bathroom Maintenance - Numerous burn holes/melted spots in the bedspread, sheets, and carpet, property hasn't been mowed and ****s are plentiful Safety - side door that leads to the elevator has no lock which means anyone can come and go straight to rooms without passing the front desk

Everything was fine except we couldn't understand the person on duty. She was there again the following morning when we went to breakfast and found the food was empty and there weren't any spoons available. I had to ring for her at the desk and she came out to BEGIN preparing more food. We left in disgust.
