Hotels Near ARENA in Tunis

This hotel has great rooms and the location is a nice and quiet neighbourhood. It is near to the main Tunis airport and not far (using taxi) from the central Medina. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but not bad either. The staff is friendly but English is not spoken by most. The WiFi is most floors is a hit-n-miss.

I lived twice for a total of four days. The first time the quilt was already used, the other bird's hair was above, and it was good to go to the front desk to clean up. After an hour, I didn't come up, but I found it again. The waiter didn't come for 2 hours before and after. Finally, he found him to remove all of our sheets, quilts, and pillowcases. I didn't come back. It took only two and a half hours to change the quilt. The result was not changed. The second time we made a suggestion before the check-in, it was really clean, but there was no breakfast but didn't remind us. We had to check out and told us to add 120 yuan for breakfast. The rooms are large, beautiful, ok in a little hilllot style, beautiful bathrooms. The girl with the reception is very nice, I don't understand these criticisms. Most of all about the price. Of course we are not in George V in Paris, but we pay 15 times less!

I traveled to Tunis alone and stayed for 3 nights. The receptionists were all friendly and the room condition was not bad. There were many restaurants nearby and I would like to visit again.

Un bel endroit paradisiaque au calme Les personnels sont tous très gentils! Surtout la femme de chambre, le jeune réceptionniste avec les lunettes , le maître nageur , ainsi que les petites cuisinières . Je ne sais pas malheureusement les noms 😕 Ils sont tous parfaits et professionnels La bouffe a été délicieuse, merci Chef et toutes l'équipe de la cuisine ❤️ J'aimerais bien encore visiter cet Hôtel Vraiment un séjour de détente même s'il est au centre ville !

The room is so old! A large wardrobe takes up half of my room. I went to see a friend's room and it was a little better. There was a leak in the shower and they said someone would come to fix it, but they didn't. Breakfast is extremely simple, not many varieties, and the restaurant environment is also shabby. The breakfast waiter was very nice. The geographical location is an advantage. It would be nice if the maintenance and repairs can be strengthened a little.

Located centrally in the Tunis souk, my father and I loved our stay. Surrounded by bars, cafes and restaurants, it makes for a great night out. Clean, lavish and traditional hotel operated by a smiling, hard working team. Our room was extremely nice with air condition, a clean bathroom and strong Wi-Fi. The dining area is also well maintained and kitchen staff are super sweet - even serving us extra food without us even asking! The rooftop is also next level, where staff brought us tea and pastries while we enjoyed the sunset over the city. Amazing staff. Amazing hotel.

Mixed review, but overall too pricy hostel for the quality of the service. Having a good location and a cute decoration isn’t enough. Pros and cons below : Pros : - Amazing location in the heart of the Medina ideally located - Cute hostel with beautiful tiles - Kind and helpful staff Cons : - The room we booked in advance was not available when we arrived. Instead of a double bed room, we were put in a bunk beds room with no explication or apologies. No solution, accommodations or compensation were offered to us afterwards. Very poor service from the hotel on that side and I saw online afterwards it’s not the first time they’re doing that - Noisy hostel with no soundproof rooms at all. All the rooms are close to each other and open to the dining area with the breakfast starting at 7:30am and people coming back very late at night. Earplugs very much needed - Average breakfast, the quality of the products is poor knowing what is available in the area. Be careful with water as some plastic bottles for breakfast are filled with tap water - Be aware you’ll have to walk at least 5min in little paved streets after taking off your taxi and finding a taxi to leave the area won’t be always very easy
