Beautiful resort with just the most attentive and amazing staff :) everyone we met was so helpful and friendly, going the extra mile to help us or suggest things to see and do. I love their sustainability initiative and in-house herb garden! The direct access to a private beach is perfect as well, we will be back with the rest of our family.

Séjour de 2 jours. On y est tellement bien que l'on n'a pas envie de sortir de l'hôtel. Première baignade de l'année dans la piscine extérieure non chauffée, qui était à 25 degrés.

Catastrophique l hôtel personnel non accueillant et surtout une dame directrice manager qui s appel souad ne mérite même pas d être une ouvrière c est honteux comment vous accueillez vos clients malheureusement vous allez perdre vos clients grâce à ce comportement

-----------The hotel staff especially Madame Naama Abdelli was very attentive to our needs, she has made her best to accommodate us. The food at the restaurant was also great. Overall It was great, highly recommended ------------------

Our week long stay was just fabulous! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast rich with choices and delicious, the business support exactly what you want and all the amenities ( pools, sauna, hammer, spa and beach) were exactly what we wanted. The restaurants are great- especially El Dar which was done if the best Tunisian food we have had. As worldwide travelers, I rank this as one of our best stays in years. Truly 5 stars. Well done !

I enjoyed golfing at The Residence Golf course in Gamarth associated with The Residence hotel. The staff are great and very helpful. The staff at the pro shop are especially helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. My thanks to Dulerah and Nedia for all your all assistance. Keep up the great work!
