No recomiendo este hotel, porque el que aparece como dueño no respeta las reservas, porque con mi familia habíamos reservado una habitación para 3 y nos dieron una para 2. También, el jefe de cocina dijo que no podía cocinar, esto en plena semana santa y en pleno medio día, nosotros cuando hicimos la reserva, nos habían dicho que si tenían restaurante. Al final tuvimos qué buscar otro hotel.

Hicimos una reserva oportunamente para tres personas. Al llegar al hotel nos asignaron una habitación para 2 personas y el que apareció como dueño de forma grosera y petulante pretendia ubicarnos a su antojo, dejando nuestras pertenencias en una habitación diferente a donde íbamos a dormir. Por otro lado en el almuerzo nos sirvieron una pechuga de pollo descompuesta. Tuvimos que salir a buscar otro hotel, este no lo recomendamos puesto que bajo de calidad.

Il manque beaucoup de détails pour que cela soit parfait. Le personnel est gentil mais donne l'impression de découvrir l'hôtel. La chambre est presque propre hormis la salle de bain. Hôtel bruyant, matelas pas confortable, aucune chaises dans la chambre, manque lampe de chevet, manque un verre à dent, manque une ventilation dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner correct mais une musique forte et inadaptée( du Rock espagnol) . Le service restaurant est en fait un Room service avec choix restreint et rien pour des enfants. Parking super point, Wi-Fi efficace, télévision nulle avec satellite chaîne Colombienne. Télévision qui manque sa propre télécommande rendant difficile de naviguer pour lire une clé USB. Bref très moyen dans l'ensemble.
