This was a family trip to celebrate a big birthday. The Vines is in a beautiful location, the resort, the vineyard, the lakes, the mountains are spectacular. Add to this warm hospitality full of personal touches, we had a very pleasurable 4 nights. Our villa was a long walk from the action but the walk was so pleasant we gave up on the golf carts and enjoyed the environment.

Un lugar de ensueños. VIstas increíbles, un paisaje distinto cada día y en cada recorrido del resort. Los servicios que ofrecen, son realmente espectaculares asi como sus instalaciones. Quiero destacar la atención de todo el staff. Desde que llegue hasta que me fui, la atención fue excelente, super personalizada. Estuvieron siempre atentos para que la estadia sea perfecta y única. Y así fue. La experiencia 7 fuegos fue brutal. El menú super variado y de una elaboración única. Sin dudas volveré. Muchas gracias "The Vines"por estos días.

We had an incredible stay at the Vines - every moment from arrival to departure was wonderful. The staff was lovely and kind and always willing to help and go the extra mile. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the views were exquisite. Would absolutely return and will recommend to everyone I know for a special stay in the Uco Valley!

Atención excelente y personalizada. Las habitaciones magnificas, muy bien dotadas de mobiliario y equipos para usar, decoradas con buen gusto. Banos amplios y espaciosos. El lobby y su bar sin ser grandes son lo suficiente amplios para el numero de habitaciones el hotel. La zona de la piscina muy bonita rodeada de un paisaje bellísimo con Los Andes detrás.

This is an incredible property with world class views across a gorgeous vineyard . The hotel itself has a lovely bar and dinning room in one building with the suites situated in separate buildings with mountain or garden views. We were impressed with the food quality and presentation and unlike some reviews had no issue with service. Other than one employee at the front desk we were more than happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff . Housekeeping is particular great. There were a few issues like outdoor fireplaces were not functioning and water temperature in the showers was hit and miss but the issues we encountered did not impact a terrific stay. We would definitely return .

Hotel Resort en el Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Todo espectacular, vale la pena estar ahí y disfrutar de ese increíble lugar!! Están en todos los detalles y que lindo hotel.. Nada más que aportar, todo excelente! Ideal para irse de la ciudad y relaj**** un par de días en ese paraíso.

O hotel é incrível. Quarto enorme com uma vista para o lago de tirar o fôlego. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e solicitos. O vinho que deixaram no quarto é maravilhoso!!! O restante Siete Fuegos que fica dentro do hotel é muito bom também, vale a pena jantar por lá. Única sugestão seria incluir alguns itens saudáveis no café da manhã, como algum pão sem glúten, aveia para acompanhar as frutas, etc (apesar de que não prejudicou em nada, rs).
