Very nasty room stuff all up under the bed. Don’t look like it’s ever been vacuumed very dusty stuff in the hallway a lid laying in the floor all week.

The room was okay. The shower looked like it could have used a good cleaning and some bleach. The dresser drawer was taped shut, I would have assumed that if the room needed fixed then maybe not give it to anyone.

Shower door wouldnt slide. Toilet wouldnt flush. Breakfast area not maintained with food, and garbage cans overflowing.

Worst wi fi for this trip showet door off its track shower not clean lightbulb in bathroom not working . Ould not find member of staff to report issues

The check in and staff were excellent! However this was a first time I was the room right off the elevators and I thought great short walk. However, there was so much noise outside my room and a few times my room shook, assume from doors closing, not sure if it was the floor below or what but just new to my hotel experience and was very obvious!)
Overall the room was clean and staff was courteous.

Not able to connect to internet and phone did not work. Old sheets on the bed. Needs updating.
