Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach

Very good rooms, amazing service, beautiful resort. We had to check out at 5:30 AM in the morning to catch our flight and they even gave us breakfast boxes. Location was very near to the turgutreis marina and market. Loved the stay.

The hotel location is far away from every thing marina new and old You need every time to go the taxi approximately 600 tl goning and 600 tl coming The customer service in this hotel needs to be improved not as standard of the name swisotel Im a continuous gust in ist swesotel i never felt this before the staff was dealing with us as we are nothing The breakfast was horrible i had an stomach pain from first time i never went back all my stay because of bad service from blond staff i think she was the breakfast area manager when she see that im arab lady she was talking to im nothing I forgot my buff in a taxi since 11 pm they told me the will check cameras however i inform them while the taxi on the gate but the didn’t do anything next morning i called the reception to aak about it they informed me that the didn’t find insest to try again then they called me that the found it but the taxi will bring it he needs 600tl to bring the receiption staff and his front office manager was very angry and shouting at me even im a lady Both this incident I discussed with 2 front managers non of them do any thing i was feeling unsecured there really the hotel not suitable for goulf countries nationalities an email was send to trip.com but no action

Ideal location of the hotel facing the sea and with private beach. The room is spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet is quite varied and fresh made. The beach is awesome. But what we loved the most was the welcoming staff and the magnificent service of ALL the employees. Many thanks to Rojin, Besra and all the rest of the team you are the best! Finally the Kids Club is well equipped and has many interesting activities for children. Our son had much fun there and we felt so good knowing he’s in good hands. Thank you Hande and Ismahan.

The only critics is that breakfast buffet should have plant based milks , and maybe ice bowls under some cheese and butter plates to keep them cool , they look melted sometines Other than that everyting is excellent:)

The Team in the Swiss Café at Breakfast -Seda, Ronin and all take attention and care. It is a beautiful hotel with good location and the beauty is that the beach is so close and convenient

I stayed at Swissôtel Resort Bodrum Beach from June 16 to June 21, 2026, in room 1011. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially considering that I hold an Accor Platinum status and expected at least some recognition of it. The hotel is located quite far from the main infrastructure of the area. Without a car, it is very inconvenient to get around, as there are almost no restaurants, shops, or attractions within walking distance. The room itself had a major issue with privacy. The sink was placed in the middle of the room in the open space, with no separation from the sleeping area. I personally find it very uncomfortable to perform hygiene routines (shaving, washing, etc.) when everything is visible. I asked to change the room upon arrival, but my request was denied. Another unpleasant surprise was that our booking did not include breakfast. When we asked about purchasing breakfast on-site, we were quoted €400 for 5 days for two adults — which is extremely expensive, especially since the room rate itself was around €900 for the same period. According to many other guests’ reviews, the breakfast quality is also quite average. Finally, there were issues with basic service. Our bathrobes were taken and never replaced. After a couple of days, the second one was also removed, leaving us without bathrobes for the rest of the stay. While this may seem like a small thing, it reflects a general lack of attention to guest comfort. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of poor room layout, lack of basic service attention, and very high additional costs made the stay unsatisfactory.
