Hotel położony jest w miasteczku Turgutreis a nie jak pisze w ofercie w Bodrum .Na lotnisko oraz na zwiedzanie Bodrum jedzie się autokarem ok 1.30 min.Hotel skromny w polskim zrozumieniu to max ** .W hotelu jest w miarę czysto ,w pokojach brak jednorazowych mydeł,pasty ,kubeczka na szczoteczki ,nie mówiąc już o zwykłych szklankach .W tv są tylko 3 tureckie kanały.Największy minus to brak stałego dostępu do ciepłej wody ,można powiedzieć że jest tylko od 17 -22.Hotel położony jest w samym centrum,wokół sklepy ,port ,dużo miejsc do spacerowania ,2 kroki plaża .WIfi nie działa w pokojach tylko recepcja oraz restauracja i przy basenie .Jedzenie było monotonne ale smaczne ,praktycznie bez owoców .Blisko hotelu wychodząc brama na plażę w lewo jest agencja turystyczna organizująca rejsy na Kos w Grecji 30 EUR .Prom.plynie 35 min ale warto przemyśleć co chcemy tam robić ,gdyż prom wraca dopiero o 17:40 a w samym Kos niezbyt dużo można zobaczyć .my wynajelismy auto na dzień i pojeździliśmy po wyspie . Wycieczka do Bodrum była z Tui zakupiona na miejscu za 15 EUR .z biur na miejscu ta wycieczka się nie odbywa ze względu na daleki dojazd .wyjazd oceniam jako udany ze względu na towarzystwo i pogodę .My byliśmy na majówkę i może stąd cena była wyższa ,e jest to hotel niższej kategorii niż ta podana w ofercie

Wszystko super, począwszy od jedzenia, czystych pokoi i pięknej okolicy. Naprawdę szczerze polecam. Bardzo miła obsługa hotelu która wkłada bardzo dużo pracy w to żeby wszyscy byli zadowoleni. Blisko znajduje się plaża więc można wybrać czy woli spędzić się czas przy basenie lub też na plaży przy morzu.

No wifi.
No lift to ask omelets for breakfast before 10 and the said kitchen close.
Coffee machine not a good coffee( its 4 stats hotel).
Old gym and old and dirty sauna and steam room , they don’t work properly.
No hot water in hamam you need to wait 10 min to ger hot water.
Barely you find somne who speaks English at the reception.
Plats in the restaurant broke with black spots.
1 swimming pool.
Noisy room.
The first night they gave me a room for disabled people, according to them the hotel was full and they didn’t receive my reservations on time.( was made by ******* applications online).
They should give them 1 stars not for.

Go at your peril the place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near a 4 star its a 2 at best , wires taped up with black tape in the rooms the lifts the stairwell sported a condom for nearly a week that wasn't cleaned but then nothing was , the food was below par and cold the all inclusive drinks consisted of vodka gin beer and wine and on two nights they ran out of vodka and gin , staff speak very little English which doesn't help and you get the feeling they are taking the piss out of you in turkish , location and pool good everything else is a complete sh*t show broken tiles missing tiles everything broken and watch out for the bed bugs and after 3 room changes they thought it was acceptable to put 2 mature women in a room with bunk beds and expect one of them to sleep in it . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY .

Positives: The location! The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, bars and shops. It’s on the beach so you can switch between the pool and sea areas. The staff - the staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and go out of their way if you need something. The only except I found to this was reception (besides the lady) who were dismissive and had limited English. Negatives: The rooms - my room was of a poor condition, the ceiling above the bed was peeling off and landed on the beds all the time. I spoke to reception several times with no improvements during the stay. The balcony was tiny, faced onto the street where the bars were so very loud until 3am! WiFi - signal in the area was very poor and then the wifi was only available in reception and sometimes at the bar/pool area. It’s dropped out every 2 days and needed re setting. Food - the food was very limited with choices. We always found something to eat however based on previous experiences of all inclusive hotels I found this hotel to be below standards. Only 6 hot options of food at each meal time with some duplicates. Left overs from the previous meals were served in a different style. Salads were lovely and so were deserts. Overall if you are happy with a very basic room that maybe dated and a little run down to in return have a good location then this is your place. We spent very limited time in the room and had a great stay based on the people and experience

Fantastic location, lovely pool, these are the good points, we arrived at 11.45 at night to be showed to a room with no electricity, when we said we wanted another room we was told the hotel was full . We had travelled 12 hours and all we wanted was a shower unpack our cases and get on with our holiday, NO we couldn’t get anyone to understand English, 12 o’clock the next day still no electricity and still no other room offered, we got on to our love holiday rep and told him we either got electricity that day or another room or we wanted moving to a different hotel, the hotel is dirty electric bare wires everywhere dirty plates and cups in the hall and stairs ways for days ants everywhere, the hotel staff are rude and they run the hotel , no kind of management at all, blasting music round the pool day and night , no entertainment at all, , we did get our electricity that afternoon , so couldn’t wait for a shower, oh no cold water, and that’s the way it was all week, first day I asked for a second chair for balcony,never got it, someone had sandals missing from their room anther had money and my cousins medication went missing, everyone we spoke to had a complaint, could be a fantastic hotel with a good clean, bit of a refurb and good management

Мы были в шоке и плакали по приезду. Номер просто из прошлого века, мебель разваливается, ножка у стола расплылась и буквально рушится на глаза. На постельном белье желтые пятна. Розетки вываливаются. Ощущение, что это Бывшая подсобка. Не верьте картинкам из интернета!!! Еще говорят, что русских селят в самые плохие номера. Очень похоже на правду. Отель не тянет и на 3 звезды. В ресторане тонна мух. Антисанитария полная. В ванной комнате даже стаканчика нет для зубной щетки. Стоит продолжать? Это УЖАС!
