Be Mate Torino Centro

I was a little worried when I couldn’t complete online check-in as the form wanted details for 2 adults and I was a solo traveller.  An email to Be Mate Torino solicited a response that they would sort it at their end, so I received check-in information with no problems.  The place was easy to find, beautifully cool (it was 40C that day!) and the staff amazingly helpful - I needed to get some papers urgently printed and this was done free of charge before I arrived and  the papers left in my room.  My reservation on the Be Mate site had lots of information on places to eat, drink, sights to see, etc.  if you want further advice, it’s best to email the team as the staff on site don’t speak much English, but emails are answered promptly.  I’d definitely stay again.

Hotel was perfect. Apartment was huge, new, clean and had everything. Location was also good enough - 10 minutes to most places of interest. Staff were easily reached via whatsapp. Highly recommend.

Great apartment/airbnb style accommodation. There isn’t a manned reception or someone onsite to help. Everything is managed through WhatsApp. This did cause us a bit of worry but they communication was clear and easy to follow. The accommodation was lovely and had everything you’d need. Clean and very comfortable after a day sight seeing. Close to amenities. Use of the luggage storage is a must as there is no where to leave your luggage.

The studio is in perfect location to explore Turin, about 650m walk from Turin Porta Nuova train station, and very close to Piazzza San Carlo (one of the main squares with history, events and lifely daily activities. We were given a studio during noon where we arrived, which is earlier than the official check-in time. Frontdesk is efficient and helpful, and Sabrina is cheerful. The studio size is bigger than our expectation, with large outdoor balcony. Ideal for travellers that wish to have spacious place to stay and relax. The only thing that could be improved would be mattress (spring support) to make it a perfect stay.
