I had a great stay at Grand Torino Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the reception staff were always friendly and welcoming. I also appreciated the luggage storage room, which was very convenient.
Although the hotel is not directly connected to the train station and requires a bus transfer, it is located very close to a bus stop, making transportation easy. It’s also possible to conveniently travel to the main highlights of the city from the hotel.
Overall, I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I enjoy staying in this hotel, the room is very big and clean and warm the staffs were friendly, anytime I visit Torino again I will stay in this hotel

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport.
The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom.
We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

The location is very close to the event venue, and the front desk customer service is excellent. They were very efficient in helping me resolve issues when I called. I almost never choose this hotel when I go to Turin every year, and I will definitely stay here again next time.

Booked for a concert, perfect for the distance from the arena, reachable on foot in a short time (15/20 min), convenient means of transport to reach it from the station.

The room is very ordinary. The air conditioner is difficult to control. I thought it was broken. There are not many people staying. The front desk staff is obviously a local college student who comes to do internship work. There are strict requirements on the number of people staying.
