Easy to get around

Close to train station

Convenient location

Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush  that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.

The hotel is quite satisfactory, overall clean and hygienic. It is very convenient for shopping and eating in the surrounding area. It is opposite the train station and convenient for traveling. I will choose this hotel next time when I come over. It is cost-effective.

Location is great near Porta Nuova rail station, and minutes walk to Via Roma and the wonderful piazzas of Turin. It is always a pleasure to stay at a renovated hotel. The rooms are clean bright and spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious, clean and very comfortable Bed was very comfy Breakfast could be better, as well as waiters attitude. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful, but we have to mention one mostly unpleasant employee whose attitude was not less than disgusting. Since we had to leave, after 2 nights stay, at 2:00 am, we asked upon our arrival, and received the permission to stay at the lobby till our taxi arrives. As we returned to the hotel around 11:00pm, asking for our luggage, this employee explained us that it is not normal to sit in the lobby for 3 hours, while he fas free rooms upstairs. We teravel really a lot, and met different attitudes at hotels, but I cannot remember anything so shameful. Only after I asked if he was actually evicting us, he replied no, and repeated twice that it was not normal or acceptable. I really want to believe that this is an exception.

Only stayed one night with a group. Lovely room with huge walk-in shower, very quiet. Hotel saved dinner for us because our train from Paris was late. Breakfast was good, although waiters were too quick at clearing tables. Our group didn’t leave until 3pm , the hotel allowed us to use all the facilities. We liked what we saw of Turin, we will return

Very courteous and welcoming. Pleasant decor, large room, very clean. No view.  Delicious Breakfast   Would have been great to have some environmental friendly touches - refill shampoo and shower gel bottles etc
