Hotel Victoria & Iside Spa

Good location

Beautiful victorian hotel. Safety area. Well located. Spa pool is a plus but you need free prebooking ahead and bring a head cover. Rooms was perfect. A small single elevator but you can use stairs if you want.

One of the worst experiences I had in Italy. I booked the room for business reasons longtime ago and the day before my trip I received an email from the hotel that threatened to cancel the reservation if I did not pay a much higher rate for the room. Never happened in Italy. A taxidriver explained to me that they did this because they had a super-high demand due to a book fair in Turin. But it’s really unfair to raise the rate at the last minute and ask you to pay in advance. The room decoration was old and the bathroom extremely uncomfortable. Early in the morning, my husband and I were having a (rather mediocre) breakfast in a large, empty room. My husband is handicapped and uses a stick to walk. He had put his stick on the empty table next to ours. A very aggressive young lady came and intimated him to take off the stick (she could have done it herself, perhaps apologizing). This is evidence of a place that doesn’t know how to deal with customers with special needs. I tried to complain and nobody cared. Awful experience

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victoria! The entrance is in a courtyard off the main street. We had a Deluxe Double room, which was a corner room on the 2nd floor. We had a large room with a king bed (with a memory foam mattress), we had a small balcony (a couple of chairs would have been nice to enjoy the balcony better), a chaise lounge, a large bathroom with a rain-head shower. There are automatic lights in the area just outside the bathroom and in the bathroom - so if you want the room to stay dark at night, that's not an option (like, getting up in the middle of the night, the bright bathroom light will turn on whether you want it to or not). There are robes & flip flops to use for the spa (we did not make use of the spa during our stay). There's a hot water maker for tea/coffee and a small fridge (contents are included, not extra). The room was quiet - we didn't really notice any street noise. The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from The Royal Palace and The Egyptian Museum, as well as great shopping.

Stayed 3 days 2 nights. Location is 30 mins, depending on traffic to airport. In the heart of the city, shops, bars and restaurants all nearby. Safe feel to location. Staff all very helpful from restaurant to reception. All good. Rooms well furnished and keeping with an olde world or quaint feel. Nothing modern or luxurious but clean, comfortable and nice. Moderate room size. Nice walk in shower. TV only has Italian speaking channels and AC turned off for winter but room was quite warm as it is still good weather daytime in Torino. A good stay. Nice hotel. No complaints. I didn’t use the spa which is a pity as it looked fantastic. The oriental var and garden was super to enjoy an afternoon G&T. The guys serving there make a fantastic drink. 75ml serving. That’s a drink to enjoy!!! Ciao Victoria.

Absolute steal at 200 a night. Location is perfect. Spa in unique. Breakfast is good but doesn't have fried eggs, although the scrambled eggs are at least real and not some goop like other hotels. Bar is great, just book it it you see a good price.
