BEWARE! We used to have a favorable view of this establishment, but it has diminished greatly. The facilities are fair at best. The rooms have issues with show heads that could be an easy fix. The staff is barely friendly at best. A few years ago, we became loyalty members but quickly learned that simply means they'll give you a room when they want, not when it's needed. Not to mention they charge you an additional $10 resort fee for NOTHING. It's just another tacked-on added fee for them to cash in on. They will not work with you. The online chat is a joke, they can never answer any questions. It's always "you'll have to call" for this and for that. We're just really sick and tired of being taken advantage of and have canceled our loyalty membership. Too bad that "loyal" customers come last. This is the last of Brook Pointe for us. If you are looking for a hotel that values its customers, this is not the place.
