The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable.
The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments.
Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food.
Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something.
There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help.
The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief).
I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

Für einen Urlaub als junges Paar ist dieses Hotel sehr geeignet. Es gibt ein gutes optionales Animationsprogramm. Das Zimmer war klein aber fein und der Cleaning-Service war grundsätzlich gut. Besonders positiv möchte ich das Essen erwähnen und das durchaus freundliche Personal. Am Tag der Anreise konnten wir schon vor der geplanten Check-In Zeit auf unser Zimmer. Dafür fiel keine Extra-Gebühr an. Es handelt sich im Hotel zwar um ein All-inclusive Konzept, es gibt aber immer wieder Extra-Produkte die gesondert gekauft werden müssten. Diese sind aber immer ausführlich gekennzeichnet und meiner Meinung nach auch nicht notwendig. Im Hotel selbst gibt es einige kleine Shops, einen Fotografen und einen Wellness-Bereich. Die Fotos vom Fotografen sind wirklich schön geworden und wir freuen uns über eine tolle Erinnerung an unseren Urlaub. Im Foyer steht oft ein Geigenspieler, der stets eine positive Art an sich hat und einem immer ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubert.- Selbst wenn man schon ein bisschen traurig ist, weil dieser wunderschöne Urlaub bereits zu Ende geht. Ich möchte mich hier nochmal bedanken für eine wunderschön Zeit im White City Resort. Es war ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Ich habe mich mit sehr großer Gastfreundschaft empfangen gefühlt und die Zeit hier sehr genossen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war fantastisch!⭐️Die Partys waren sehr unterhaltsam und die Aktivitäten vielfältig🤣. Am Pool gab es eine Fülle an Spielen, es wurde nie langweilig. 👍Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch. Ich empfehle es nur weiter 🙏

The hotel is awesome. Their manager Nurcan is very kind. Violinist is really playing from heart. The chefs are super! Everything is clean and beautiful!!! Had an excellent time here, we will come back next summer! Had a very good holiday!!!

Kahar, Spa center: Immer gesprächig . Ich habe zwar keinen Termin für einen Massage gebucht, dennoch war er sehr freundlich! Ansonsten ist die Anlage sehr schön und viele Mitarbeiter (bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen) sehr bemüht. Vorallem ist der Strand schön und nicht zu überlaufen.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean , food is plenty , didn't like the fact that you had to go and collect your beach towel from the spa downstairs and get harassed into having a massage which we did not need !! also think the cleaners are light fingered , I left 4 ten pound notes wrapped in my credit card on my bedside, didn't take any notice until i got home and only had 2 ten pound notes and i know i didn't exchange any money out there as i was using my credit card .. someone else also said that they had a ten pound note and some change on the side and the ten pound had disappeared!!! if I had known this had happened i would not have left them a tip :( disappointing
