Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, amazing food at any time of the day. Very comfortable rooms cleaned and replenished daily Excellent hotel, spotlessly clean, amazing food and entertainment and the most caring staff, nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks to Ali for dealing with our bags and getting us into our rooms. Ugur and all reception staff, professional at all times. Dean at guest relations, always making sure everything is as we would like. All chefs and restaurant staff coping with large numbers of people but still always providing food of excellent quality. Special mention to Firat for his humour while being so efficient. Also to the chef and staff in the chinese restaurant, brilliant night, thank you. Down at the beach bar we came across Nore (I love Linda!) and Gorken, thanks guys, you are true brothers in the best sense of the word. Your professionalism did not go unnoticed, much appreciated. Then to Viktor in the lobby bar, what a man. Always so busy but he finds time to stop for a few words and always has a smile....pure Scottish knackered, (he'll know!) And to the amazing, quiet Fatma with her wonderful smile, she never stops cleaning the bar/lobby area, again a staff member who is a credit to the hotel. Thanks Numa Bay, we've made many happy memories.

We’ve only been here a couple of days and are already talking about coming back ! The level of hospitality is 10/10, especially Dean in guest services who goes out of his way to make sure you are happy at all times. The white wine is amazing, cocktails by the pool, iced coffee 👌. The kids love the buffet but especially the crispy chicken and chips by the pool and the waffle station . There is so much choice of food and drink and we are literally having the time of our lives here !

This place is spectacular, excellent hotel, staff are amazing, facilities are great can’t fault anything. Dean in guest services is a wonderful guy & Victor in the lobby bar is a totally awesome guy, nothing is too much trouble. This is my 3rd visit & I highly recommend it 👍🏻

First impressions. Arrived ar 11.30pm. Front desk very friendly, hot and cold drink provided as we checked in. All very quick. Hot food available until 3am. Bags taken to our room. Standard room with mininbar and kettle and bathroom all clean as expected.  Room cleaning very good. Hotel quite quiet even though is nearly full.  Breakfast selection of fruit and cooked dishes all there and the omelette made fresh to our choice. Coffee from the machines has a lot of sugar, but the trolley in the dining room suited our tastes better. Staff very help ful. We have a few basic words in Turkish which seem to be appreciated. Lunch and dinner selection is good and varied with options from a specials bar and the grill. Quality is as good as anything we have had in any hotel- in 10 years of visiting Turkey. It gets busy but we have always found a table.bars are readily available. There is a kids selection in the dinning room and a kids club. Pools are busy but it is possible to get sunbeds. The hotel has let out the spa, which is normal, but charging for the sauna and steam room is not good. This is not a hotel decision. Beach is small but very safe swimming. So a great start. Only criticism so far is the coffee and patisserie area is understaffed, so always a queue and can be a wait at busy times.

First stay for myself but my mum has been to Numa Bay 3 times in total including our trip this year, the staff are absolutely amazing here especially the most amazing service done by Victor and the rep Dean who have been really helpful. Rooms are comfortable, food is standard and ok but nothing special in the main restaurant. Pools are fantastic and the entertainment is thoroughly enjoyed by the kids, highly recommended this hotel if your visiting Turkey especially if your a family with young kids 🫶🏻
