I am only writing this review because trip.com has bad reviews.
I want to thank the company for a wonderful vacation, ours was chic, they offered champagne, instead of an economy room they gave a suite with a view of the sea and the pool, I don’t know why the bad reviews, but I will say the opposite, in my experience the trip was excellent🙏 I will definitely book hotels and more than once through this site. As for the hotel, the hotel is cool, the food is good, the area is large, there is any alcohol, I advise 🙏 I am a public person, through me and my adverti*****t many of my subscribers came to rest in this hotel and they liked everything 🙏

Het was een perfecte hotel, eten was super lekker, kamers waren goed verzorgd. Ook zijn de werknemers heel erg lief en behulpzaam. Het Animatie team was super leuk elke avond was er iets leuks te beleven. Je verveelt je geen een dag hier. Can heeft ons ook heel goed geholpen met alles en is erg behulpzaam.

Dünya kadar yemek çeşidi vardı ama lezzet yoktu. Basit bir domates çorbası, spagetti bile lezzetsizdi. Kahvaltıdaki börekler hazır börekti ve çok lezzetsizdi (sanırim la lorrarine marka). İçecekler markasız ve kalitesizdi. İçecekler karton bardakta olduğu için bardak çabuk yumuşuyordu. Akşam yemek zamanlari restaurantta bir hengame oluyordu. Oldukça büyük olmasına rağmen zor yer buluyorduk. Deniz çok güzeldi Oda upgrade oldu dubleks oda tahsis edildi teşekkürler Ateş gösterileri güzeldi Wc ler bakımsızdı Snackler de inanilmaz lezzetsizdi ve çoğu göze hitap etm**ordu. Kaydıraklar güzeldi özellikle Rainbow Mountain. Şezlong sıkıntısı yoktu. Anladıkki biz Belek'ten devam edeceğiz. Alanya otelleri genel olarak fiyat uygun olduğu için beklentimizi karşılamıyor.

Check in was top geregeld, kamers waren gelijk beschikbaar bij aankomst 08:00 uur Goed Hotel met genoeg ligbedjes bij het zwembad. Smaak van het eten is goed. Echter wel elke dag hetzelfde in de week dat wij daar waren. Ontbijt logisch maar lunch en diner zou wel wat gevarieerder kunnen zijn. Strand was niet om te lopen alleen maar stenen. De glijbanen waren apart op het strand, en waren top! De hotelkamers waren schoon en netjes. Bedden iets te hard naar onze smaak maar dat is voor iedereen anders. Winkeltjes en winkelcentrum zijn op loopafstand van het hotel. Al met al een fijne vakantie gehad.

Het was een super leuke vakantie, met een geweldige animatie team. We konden veel lachen en er is veel te doen. Met de dames van het animatie team (nurseli en emily) veel leuke gesprekken gehad en veel gelachen. Je hebt dagelijks veel activiteiten en daardoor valt er altijd iets te doen in het hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. Rooms are wonderful - we were upgraded to a duplex without asking - very spacious and clean. So much to do here - all staff are wonderful, especially the waiting and entertainment staff (huge shout out to Tunco, great with all visitors!). Food and beverage are great, so much choice - you'll always find something you like.

Het was een fijne vakantie met veel variatie. Je hebt elke middag een leuke activiteit. In de avond heb je meestal een show en voor kinderen veel dingen te doen. Het animatieteam is geweldig. Ik heb veel gesprekken gehad met Mami, Nurseli, Emily, Can en Tunco. Ze zijn erg sociaal en willen graag kletsen. Over het hotel kan ik zeggen dat het schoon was. Het eten was lekker en de kamers waren ruim. Het enige nadeel was alleen dat de zee wat viezer was. Maar verder ben ik over alles tevreden . Het is zeker een aanrader.
