They have free underground parking, which is a huge plus. I especially want to commend the front desk staff for their excellent service. They even have a robot that delivers items! There are lots of great restaurants nearby, and the transportation is convenient. The fruit and baked flatbread (nang) were delicious too.

The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I specifically came this time to try Turpan's grapes, and they were delicious!

Housekeeping is meticulous, and all rooms feature a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, stable hot water pressure, soft bedding, excellent blackout curtains, and effective soundproofing – perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. Rooms are well-equipped with high-speed WiFi, a desk, and complimentary drinking water, making it convenient for both work and relaxation. The hotel's amenities are comprehensive, including free parking, EV charging stations, a self-service laundry room, and a gym, which is a huge plus for those traveling by car. While the shared public lobby downstairs occasionally sees tour group traffic, the guest room areas remain quiet and undisturbed. Taxis and private cars are easily accessible right outside, and there are plenty of supermarkets and casual dining options nearby for daily needs. The front desk staff are consistently warm and polite, making check-in efficient. They proactively offer local sightseeing and dining recommendations and respond promptly to any requests. Breakfast offers a rich variety, balancing local flavors with standard options, and the taste is decent enough to satisfy everyday needs. Considering its location, facilities, and thoughtful service, this hotel is a highly cost-effective choice for a trip to Turpan. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location, room configuration, cleanliness, service, and breakfast were all excellent. However, there's a design flaw with the faucet – you have to turn it all the way on to get hot water, which splashes water everywhere every time I wash my hands or face. I hope this can be improved.
