Rizamat Manor

I absolutely love the wooden decor of Rizamat Manor. In 40°C Turpan, with the air conditioning on, sipping on freshly iced orange sparkling water, and catching a glimpse of the golden-purple sunset, a gentle breeze just melts all the stress away. At night, you absolutely must have a barbecue with apricot juice while watching a show. Chatting about this short but wonderful trip as the night unfolds. After a satisfying meal, a hot shower is a must. I really enjoyed the herbal-scented shampoo and body wash; after using them, I felt completely relaxed and drifted into a long, wonderful dream. I highly recommend the Desert Spa… I can't go into detail because it was so comfortable I fell asleep, but overall, the experience was fantastic! I managed to sneak in a mini-vacation here before the trip ended~ Now that I'm well-rested, I'm ready to head back to my hectic life!

24-hour butler service: The response speed was quite fast. When we did the sand therapy, they prepared disposable clothes for us. One of the staff members was particularly great; he helped with our luggage, running around for us – very thoughtful. Soundproofing is a bit poor. It can get noisy if many people check in during your afternoon rest. Welcome fruit: A good variety, and the grapes were very sweet.

This guesthouse has such an exotic vibe! The environment is beautifully decorated, perfect for photos, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The courtyard is peaceful, and there are even lazy cats roaming around – it's ideal for escaping the heat during the day in Turpan. We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it. The overall service attitude was excellent; it was a very satisfying trip.

This is the most beautiful guesthouse in Turpan! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The lobby staff are all super friendly, and there are even adorable stray cats. The breakfast was delicious, highly recommended.

Quite satisfied overall, the environment is good, and the service is excellent. They even gave us a free ticket to a local attraction run by the same company. Breakfast was decent too. I especially loved the interior design; it was very photogenic.

Rizamat Manor, a castle hidden in Turpan's Grape Town, evokes the ancient Western Regions. With rammed earth walls and sprawling arched corridors, it transforms the thousand-year-old Jiaohe landscape into a dreamlike 'One Thousand and One Nights' experience. Daylight streams through the carved long corridors, and at night, the lights glow softly. Sitting under the grape trellises, savoring sweet melons and fruits, and feeling the desert evening breeze, the journey slows down.

The entire hotel has a great vibe with a strong Moroccan atmosphere. The service is very attentive, and the rooms are clean and tidy – perfect for photos! Breakfast is extensive, and the smart toilet is a nice touch. The chilled drinks in the mini-fridge were a welcome relief in the hot summer. The 24-hour butler service is very convenient, and the welcome fruit was a lovely gesture. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and thoughtfully sectioned, giving the guesthouse a really stylish design. It came with a private pool, a cafe, and even complimentary sand baths. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and very comfortable. Environment: The entire guesthouse is expansive and beautifully designed. It's incredibly pleasant to just relax here without even needing to go out. Service: The housekeeper was very responsive and promptly addressed all our requests. Overall, a really great stay.

The room has a lot of local character, and the flower arrangement even uses cotton! The butler was also very patient, asking me in advance if I had any requests for the room. Breakfast was great, though I wish the coffee was a bit stronger, haha.
