The hotel was very nice, but a bit far away form the city, also it does not have a washing machine and to do your laundry you have to go all the way to the city. The wifi in our room did not work so we had to use the one next door. The staff where really nice.

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable despite the Turpan heat!
It's just a 5 minute walk to Grape Valley but takes 10 minutes by car to the city center.
The rooms were decently clean but the air-conditioning didn't provide much respite from the heat.

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff was very nice as well.

First, the front desk service was terrible, like they were sleepwalking, completely unresponsive. Second, this hotel seems to cater primarily to senior citizen tour groups; the cleanliness was extremely poor. I guess older people aren't that picky. The room wasn't the picture, and there was no explanation. They just led me to a small, run-down building. Although the renovations were new, the cleanliness was truly appalling—the floor was covered in fur and various insects. I would have left if I hadn't been so tired from driving all day and it was so late.

The hotel is very large and is originally a winery. The facilities and cleanliness are very good. After breakfast, you can watch the sunrise and go to the Grape Valley, which is right next to it. It is very close and convenient.
