The room was clean and hygienic, and they even gave us some complimentary fruit. The receptionist was so pretty! 😍 The location is near the Xiyou Night Market, with everything you could want for eating, drinking, and entertainment, and it's very convenient! The double room has a unique ethnic style!

The room was large and unique. The environment was comfortable, clean, and tidy, exceeding expectations. Parking was convenient, and eating was even more convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and patient. The bathroom design was lacking; sitting on the toilet with the door closed was quite cramped.

First, 1. The room is not soundproof. Someone walking in the hallway feels like someone walking by your bed. 2. The bathroom drain doesn't work. Taking a shower is like soaking in a hot spring; the water won't drain. 3. The bath towels are dark and gray, looking dirty. 4. The wall paint is peeling and cracked. Secondly, don't stay here on a business trip. The hotel won't issue you an invoice!

This hotel, located next to the Turpan Xiyou Night Market, has a fantastic ambiance. From the moment we entered, we were pleasantly surprised. The lobby was beautiful, and the light strips in the room were stunning. This was our biggest advantage. However, the facilities and service were truly disappointing. There was no hand soap or hand soap in the room, and the shower water was incredibly hot and couldn't be turned down, as if there wasn't any cold water at all. There was no phone in the room, and since there were three of us staying, we were only given two bath towels and slippers. We went to the front desk to request a pair of slippers and bath towels, but they still hadn't arrived until we were asleep. I was really upset to have to ask again. There were many black, ink-like stains on the sheets; I wonder if they're inaccessible.
