The hotel itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The location of the Hilton Garden Inn was also ideal. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city.

Everything was great, everyone was helpful and friendly. The only issue is the Merry Christmas from people and the card I received. I celebrate Hanukkah and I just wish people were more sensitive to other peoples beliefs around this time of year.

This place is amazing, really kind and nice people, and it’s placement is nice. Fast food, cinema, and Starbucks all in short range. 10/10 will recommend and come back again

Lady at the front desk was not very polite, immediately making the stay uncomfortable as if she really did not want us there. Overall the hotel is not as bad as that first encounter. I am absolutely a non confrontational person therefore I tried to nicely respond to her questions as we were getting checked in. This was a one night stay just to rest before getting back in the road.

While the hotel was clean overall- it does need an update! A renovation. The rooms need to be repainted, upholstery updated, etc. Everyone who worked there was kind and friendly!

Tuscaloosa is a dump but this place is great. Staff is always amazing.
