It was pretty good. The room was nice and everything and plus slept great there. The breakfast is ok just need to be warm on the food but other than that, it was a good stay and night come back when I get a chance to.

Did not get room that we reserved, and they refused to change it. Locks were broken on the door and the peep hole was stuffed with toilet paper. Bathroom was flooded and the toilet was wet from a vent in the ceiling when we came back from our event. All they did was hand me towels to clean it up, upon my request. Never offered any help… Refused to change our room when other rooms were available. Every bit of this was brought to the attention of the person on staff as it happened and upon check out

Great rate- but shady. Things were not “together” still not sure if key ever worked- night clerk beat us to room and opened it to have a look around before we stepped in- so weird. Air conditioning wasn’t working right before we went to sleep and then nearly had us frozen out before we got up the next morning.

Staff was great. Stayed there for a Bama football game. It is a Super 8. Was clean but place is dated.

This place was so gross. The bathroom lights weren’t working so a floor lamp with a broken shade was put in there. The room reeked of smoke and not only were the walls thin but so we’re the floors. I slept on top of the sheets in my clothes and used my jacket as a barrier between my pillow and another as a blanket.

This hotel is actually cleaning then the Extended Stay that's in Tuscaloosa I appreciate everything they changed the towels every day housekeeping is very nice front desk is very friendly breakfast is always hot and ready and it's pet friendly

My husband and I and a friend stayed during the Thanksgiving Holiday. We stayed for one night then paid to stay for another night. We kindly asked Anita at the front desk for towels and asked that our room NOT be serviced. My husband put the DO NOT DISTRUB card on the door. We left for the day. Upon my husband's return his Thanksgiving food in the fridge had been removed and his Air Jordan's stolen. We asked Anthony for help from the front desk. He automatically got on the defensive. Basically, he showed his @$$, he was yelling and treated us as though we made this up. We had to call the police. Once, the police arrived Anthony suddenly remembered the food in the room. Now, why is a front desk person in our room? This matter has not been settled despite numerous calls to the Motel, guest services by Wyndham and the BBB. What's going on here? Hotel staff stealing! Then they play the ignore game. DO NOT STAY HERE! Zip tie your luggage or keep your stuff in your car!
