The hotel was very clean and quiet. The associate at the desk when we checked in after 9pm was very friendly and helpful. My daughter was impressed with the softness of the blanket provided for the pull-out sofa bed. The breakfast area was well stocked and the associate kept it that way up until the very end of the breakfast time. Overall we were very happy with this hotel.

Pleasant front desk representatives. Clean room with comfortable beds & with adequate amenities. Fridge, microwave & coffee maker - all pluses! Breakfast ok, however breakfast guests can sometimes be loud and roudy. Not a pleasant way to savour breakfast and start the day. There’s ample on-site parking

We arrived for a late check inn and Beth was so accommodating, she had our lights on the room for us as well as a pack and play for our daughter. Beth even gave us all free bottle waters. Great Service Beth!

This hotel was perfect for a visit to Arcola, Arthur and Casey, IL. It's fairly new. Clean, felt very safe. It's right off of I-57. There were a couple Mexican restaurants nearby, gas station, Dairy Queen. Oh and a pizza place. Indoor pool. Breakfast was pretty good with pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, juices, oatmeal. Rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great facility. We stayed the week before for a couple days and returned a week later with friends. They were able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms. The only downside was they could not guarantee the adjoining rooms until check-in. Breakfast was okay. Room and bed were great. Clean and inviting room. Air Conditioning was top notch.

We've stayed at another hotel in the same city and then switched over to the B.W. these last two years. It's got a superb breakfast. Lobby & breakfast area is very clean and the whole hotel is decorated nicely. Elevator works great and the indoor pool is terrific. It would be great if it was a tad cheaper, but it's still way more affordable than other cities and this is the nicest one in the area. Only complaint was that it was noticeably humid at the hotel. There were moments that it was hard to ignore (it delt damp) and this place really needs a dehumidifier badly.
