Over priced $310/night and bad service.
Nice view but old rooms, young lady in reception little rude/bored, luggage room and bellboy not working.
Check in 16.00 and check out at 10.00 or pay penalty $25/hour.
No complimentary water in the room and store ckoses at 21.00.

My husband and I had a great time at Bluebeard. The castle had cool artifacts, nice pool bar area and the restaurant/bar had karoke and other music going on. Taxi's were a bit pricey so I'm glad we rented a car. Just need to remember to drive on the left! The beaches were gorgeous. Was easy to take the passenger ferry over to Water Island and over to St John.

What I liked about the property the most was the theme. The Castle theme made it feel like I was some place magical. The views were breathtaking. The restaurant on the property was delicious! Food and drinks were both a 10/10. Every time I arrived back to Blue Beard's Castle I was breath taken, noticed something different each time! The only thing was the huge mountain hill we decided to venture down. Site seeking on the way down was a bonus! Just be prepared for extreme cardio on the way up.

Our stay was pretty good with some exceptions. The food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were pretty good. Slow service at the restaurant but you are on an island and there was only one server and a bartender who helped out when she could. She was great and attentive! The hot tub wasn’t hot, more like warm. In our room there were dried boogers on the wall which should’ve been caught by housekeeping. The grounds were pretty, quiet and clean. Staff was respectable until….check out time. Check out time is at 10am. At 9:30am, I went to take a quick shower and they turned the water off. When we called down, they said it was due to a maintenance issue but in the same breath said it was time to check out anyways. So we’re not sure if they really had a maintenance issue, or wanted us out of the room. Also, a great view at the pool area of the island but I would not stay here again. The water incident put a bad taste in my mouth.

We were disappointed with our stay. The linens in the room had many stains, we were left new linens to change our own bed and the bathroom cleanliness was subpar. The restaurant staff acted like they were bothered to serve and the wait was incredibly long both times we went. Overall, we would not come back here. As a younger couple on our honeymoon this hotel definitely catered to an older crowd.

Very nice property and our room had a stove top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils so we could have made food in our room. It was hard to walk into town from the hotel or walk back so we were very dependent on taxis. The cafe had good food and nice views. We checked out Bluebeards castle with shipwreck artifacts. The gift shop also had artifacts.
