I liked the common areas, the lobby, the decoration is one of the most beautiful in Tuxtla, they have a large pool but it cannot be used because it is not heated and the water was freezing.
The rooms smell very bad, the carpet smells old, damp and fungus, the pillows and towels also smell very bad, it was impossible to stay in the room for a long time or until you get used to the bad smell. The pool towels are all torn, old and hard.
