Mi habitación estaba sucia, las sábanas tenían manchas el lavando tenía un olor muy desagradable.
Pedí de favor a las encargadas de limpieza pero me respondió de mala manera.
No contaba con toallas.
Me he hospedado en otros hoteles en Tuxtla desafortunadamente este ha sido el peor
