Hotel y cuarto limpios y ordenados. Excelente relación calidad/precio. Desayunos buenos y económicos

La habitación está muy bien a pesar de ser un poco angosta, el baño y sus amenidades están muy bien, la cama muy cómoda y la atención del personal es súper amable. Tienen estacionamiento cerrado y está muy tranquilo y seguro en esa zona. Lo malo es que el internet gratis nunca funcionó

Me encantó la decoración. Las almohadas no son tan cómodas, pero es perfecta opción para hospedarte y salir a turistear!

Hôtel très sympa à un prix plus que correct. Le personnel est au petit soin et est très accueillant. Il nous a bien aidé pour l’organisation de nos excursions et réservations de bus. Chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon agréable. Le seul bémol: aucune insonorisation entre les chambres et avec le bruit de la rue. Il n’est pas non plus conseillé de se promener à Tuxtla (et dans la rue de l’hôtel) dès le soir.

Nos dieron un cuarto con olor a cigarro.... Me da la impresión que no hicieron bien el aseo. El primer día no hubo agua caliente...

I didn't have the best room, next to the stairs and I faced a black wall. The room looked nothing like the picture I had seen on booking, it was much bareer and smaller. Nice workplace by the window, but no view. And so many crevices everywhere, there were ants running all over the room including in the drawers of the bedside tables. There were no lights other than the ones on the ceiling so you had to get out of bed to turn the light on and off. And so very noisy, I could hear everything from the other rooms. And trust me, sometimes you don't want to hear that! In the bathroom which was very dirty and old there is no place to hang anything, the sink is loose and wobbly, the walls are full of faint stains and it is not clean. The hotel looks modern, and has real potential, but could be better maintained. The staff is nice but so paranoid with COVID that it almost makes you feel anxious. The front door is always locked and you have to call if you want to get in and wait for them to open if you want to get out. There is a house cat that sat on the motorbike at night and clawed my saddle to pieces. The parking lot is a kind of courtyard with large chunks of stone as a floor. The first car that goes in can never get out unless everyone else gets out after him. Way too expensive for what you get. In addition, the hotel is far from everywhere. Good wifi and the rain shower is nice. The mattress didn't have a dip, the pillows were ok but not clean. I think I will look for another hotel next time.
