Apec Phú Yên Seaview Condotel

The room is large with a King bed, a sofa which can be converted into a small bed, a semi round table with 3 chairs, dish basin, kettle, 1 pan (to fry foods), 1 pot (for boiling foods), a cut board, 1 dish, 2 small bowls, 2 big bowls, 2 spoons, 2 pairs of chopsticks, etc. I boiled eggs and instant noodles and ate in the room. Aircon worked well. The lighting is bright and I love it but if you like dim light in the bedroom before you sleep, I think it’s not possible. Once I turned the light on, all of them were on. Separate lights for the sink and the entrance. The lighting in the shower room is good. I love their high quality cotton bed sheets. Btw this room 1227 doesn’t have a washing machine. No safety box from my memory. No bedhead table and you can’t charge the phone from the bed. The sockets are near the glass door and on the mirror table. Beautiful view from the balcony.

I had an amazing stay. The room is exactly as described and the host is easy to communicate with. I can highly recommend this place!!

I will choose them over others hotels again as long as windows and balcony glasses are that clean so that I can keep enjoying the views 🌅😍 not every hotel takes care of that. this is also one of the reasons I book here for the third time. very pleasant 👍

Good and convienent location, near the sea and main road. Motobike rental is next to condo. Self checkin but need time to wait owner/ seller.

A great hotel. I was stuck in the rain for a couple of days there so the bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep so it was a quite a place to stay.

Everything good, clean, fresg, not so far from the beaches.
