We went there from Turkey for business purpose. It was very cosy place. Management of hotel was perfect. Great hospitality ! A cute family runs the hotel. Also son of the family was so helpfull and nice guy. Breakfast was enough... Thanks for everything.

Really enjoyed my stay. Location is very convenient and walkable to downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lors de mon arrivée, la directrice de l'hôtel m'a expliqué qu'il y a eu une erreur lors de la réservation (j'ai réservé qq heures avant mon arrivée), et m'a proposé une solution d'hébergement alternative, j'ai eu un formidable appartement de 60 m2 en centre ville (à qqs mètres de l'hôtel). En plus, j'ai eu le droit à consommer gratuitement au bar pendant mon séjour.
Les gérants de l'hôtel sont un couple très gentil, Mr Popara Ibrahim m'a proposé de m'accompagner pour faire un tour en ville et m'a déposé à la station de bus pour mon départ.

Het beste hotel van Tuzla! Twee enorm aardige eigenaren die je met alles kunnen en willen helpen, heerlijk ontbijt met iedere dag verse broodjes en een mooie grote kamer met een heerlijke douche en een lekker bed. Dit is een hotel waar je je thuis voelt!
