Spent one night here using our NSW govt accommodation vouchers, could not fault the motel. Starting with a text message about 9.30@m to notify us that our room was already available, we arrived late afternoon to a spacious & spotlessly clean & well-maintained ground floor double room. There was fresh milk in the fridge which is a refreshing change from UHT capsules, a coffee maker, iron, kettle, toaster, hair dryer, contactless check-in, & keycard access to further complimentary supplies of tea, coffee, towels etc. The bed was comfortable & no noise, despite the motel being heavily booked. The rate of $120 per night was good value, as the motel is well- located in T**** Heads, with Club T**** across the road for meals & refreshments, & other eateries a short walk away. Would highly recommend.

Upon our arrival we were met with a lovely receptionist who was warm, friendly and accomodating, so much so that I was willing to overlook the broken fridge in the room, despite the fact it was an amenity we had paid for as part of our charge. That evening after arriving back to the room late, we went straight to sleep. At approx 2-3am I was awoken by something crawling on my legs. I woke up and inspected the bed to find that there were cockroaches in the bed. I started inspecting the room more closely and found cockroaches in the bathroom, running across the floor of the room and in our luggage. I also noticed mould on one of the pillows on the bed. By this stage, my skin was crawling, so at 7.5 months pregnant and desperate for a night's sleep, I had to sleep in my car. The next day I showed the photos to the lovely woman on reception who was apologetic but asked me to follow up with the owner directly in my request for refund. When I did contact the gentleman the next day, I was swiftly brushed off and told to contact booking.com. They have now encouraged me to reach out to you directly to follow up. Since then, there has been absolutely no apology or any offer of compensation for our horrific stay at this property

This resort is a great place for a relaxing stay, very clean and tidy, friendly staff, plenty of space, 2 pools and tennis courts (grass). Plenty of places to dine nearby. Nice sunset from hinterland view room. Recommend staying here😊

I am very familiar with this place ❤️ Come here every weekend to relax... The independent log cabin is really comfortable. The space is just big enough for a family to live in. There is everything in the room. There is a private bathroom at the door 🚻 for the family to use... There is a big lawn when you go out. There is also a small supermarket at the door that provides basic daily necessities. The community manages itself. The security is good. There are also public swimming pools, tables and chairs for resting. Overall, the location is quiet in the middle of the bustle. It is recommended
