Hotel very central, easy access to airport and great bus service, we where giving an accessibly room which was a great size, only downfall was the shower as it was wet floor the water went everywhere, so had to mop up with our used towels so we could use bathroom, the balocony was very small and only one door would open there was no outlook just a roof top as we where on first floor. The pool was nice and refreshing and you got towels from reception to use, overall I was stay here again but ask for a higher level.

Great apartment in the Twin Town Services complex. Four restaurants, live music, excellent breakfast. A short walk to the beach and shopping. A really nice weekend away.

My-ebike was stolen from the secure parking area P1 of the Sebel (not the ground level but 1 level up), and reception didn't seem to care (at least the first person I spoke to). This area is a secure parking area that is only accessible by hotel key card. It has bike racks bolted to the floor, so I securely fastened by e-bike there. It was stolen maybe on our 2nd night. When I reported it to reception they didn't seem to want to lift a finger to help me, and sounded like it was my fault for leaving my e-bike in their secure parking area. I was given wrong information to report the incident to NSW police, which I learned a day later from NSW police that I should have reported it to QLD police because the hotel is in QLD. The hotel is right on the border but I assumed reception would have known where to report since the receptionist explicitly told me that there have been several thefts from their parking lot recently, several even in just the last few days, saying this is very common in the Gold Coast. After speaking to others later, I believe from facility management, they said there have been no such thefts reported to them recently. The receptionist also made it very clear that the hotel will not compensate customers for such thefts on their premises.
Other services were okay, not excellent, but good, but the reception's response to the theft of my e-bike was very bad.
The location is the best thing. Facilities were just okay, the shower area design could be improved, or have a door, as water always gets out the shower area.

The good: this is a proper resort with proper facilities. There are two pools, two spas and an amazing sauna, although it can get quite crowded. There's also a small gym there. The grounds are quite huge.
It's also connected to the Twin Towns conference centre which I'm told has lots of great restaurants, for those who don't want to venture outdoors.
There are also certain staff members that are friendlier than others.
The breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection of food, all of which were delicious. It probably needs more greens though.
My request for the empty hand lotion to be refilled was fulfilled promptly.
The bad: I was treated differently at the breakfast buffet. Every guest was shown and walked to the table by the server and had their cutlery set up by the server.
Except for me, that is.
On my first day, I was given my set of cutlery and had to find my own table and seat. On my second day, I was shown halfway, then handed my set of cutlery to make the rest of the way on my own.
It's a small difference in the way I was treated but by no means unnoticeable especially as it happened two days in a row.
Perhaps it's because I was the only solo Asian guest there.
I do think that if we are all paying for the same service we should be treated the same way.
The second issue I had was that the toilet seat got detached. I had requested for it to be fixed, and it did not - so I sat in a toilet seat that was in danger of falling off during my stay.
The third issue is that the hotel is located near a venue that blares out live music with lots of bass starting very late at night - which is when people usually sleep. No fault of the hotel though, it's just that they are located near other places that play loud music.
Finally - it would help to have more reception staff as there is always a queue, and my second phone call to follow up on my detached toilet seat was not answered even though it had been ringing for 5 minutes.
