Was going to rate a “1” but breakfast attendant was friendly. Room not clean. We planned to stay because of the hot tub. Filthy and cold. Apparently it has been broken for years. Shocked Best Western would put their name on this place. We will likely not be staying at Best Western properties in the future. Not shown: filthy pool and cold tub.

Break fast was ok. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
The rooms were not very well insulated so relatively noisy, from neighbours above and each side.
Wifi worked reasonably well.

Do not stay in this hotel! If I can give a negative rating, I will definitely give a negative rating! There are bed bugs in the hotel! It's super scary. I stayed for one night, and the next day, my whole body was covered in bags, which was extremely itchy! If it hadn't been because it was too late, I wouldn't have known what this little bug was! I changed hotels overnight and left! After I came back, I threw everything away, took a shower like crazy, I was so afraid to take it home 😭

I booked my reservation months in advance and was promised a better room than I had in December 2023. I called the hotel saying we would arrive at night. "No worries we will hold your room" the desk gal said. (a blonde young girl) I was quoted one rate and charged a much higher rate! We arrived and they gave away our room. We got the same room (where nothing works) that we had last December! Every time we had to go to the front desk there would be a long line of guests angry at the check in process and reservations getting mixed up. Blondie is disorganized! The Black gir in the early monring JUST ROCKS AT BOOKING! Room did not look clean. Very skimpy on towels and toilet paper. Our key had to be rekeyed SIX TIMES during our two night stay. It's not relaxing to keep going to the front desk to keep getting rekeyed. FEW movie channels, AC did not work strong, shower was broken, could not turn it on.Since I had a long series of dental work in Yucca Valley we have stayed here 10 times. Under OLD management it was always great but not now! Spend a little more and stay at a different Hotel.

The skirting around the beds are outdated and looks bad. The covers on the pillows didn't look that good either. No liners in the trash cans. Going outside from the 2nd floor there is a hole in the wall that the door must have caused it.

Extremely run down and dirty. Moldy bathrooms. Extension cords running through walkways which is unsafe. Access cards doesn’t always work making it so inconvenient to open doors. Property needs upgrade.
