Very clean, has everything you need fir an extended stay. Full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, and you can ask fir pots & pans. I'll stay here again

We were unable to stay here due to dangerous winter storms delaying our trip. The front desk was very friendly and helpful and told us they would be willing to honor our reservation for a different date but we would have to have Trip.com rebook it for us. Unfortunately Trip.com said they were unable to rebook this trip or provide a refund so my only complaints are about this booking service as they said that the hotels policy prevented them from making this modification despite the fact that we directly spoke to the hotel and they were very willing to accommodate us.

We stayed one night and had our dog with us. The room was on the expensive side with a $20 dog fee. The 2 queen beds were very comfortable. The room had plenty of space, a nice table with two chairs, a kitchen area with a full sized fridge and 2 burner stove, microwave and a phone. Very good lighting. Heat system worked well. The kitchen would be a great asset for an extended stay. You do need to be prepared and have your own pots and pans for any cooking on the stove. This hotel in Twin Falls is about 3 years old and things look new and work well. Good stoppers for the bathroom sink and shower tub. The bathroom door had a noisy squeak and could use some oil on the hinges. The staff needs to be more careful about loud talking late at night (had some of that around the front desk between 0200 and 0300). We had a room just a few doors down from the desk on the 1st floor. We did not use the internet or the breakfast order option. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the Walmart and there is plenty of room for walking a dog.

My granddaughter was in the hospital In Nicu when she was a 5 weeks early. My mom and I drove 18 hours to be there and it was so reassuring we were actually able to be able to go right across the street to see her. The staff was amazing!! Loved the fact we had fresh Ice for my water right in our room. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly. The guest laundry room and machines were very clean. We loved having a comfortable recliner in our room. Handy having the wee store. We bought yogurt for breakfast. Seemed to be a safe location. Walmart in walking distance.

Stayed at the Idaho Falls location 2 nights on a short business trip. First time with this hotel. We found it to be very clean & neat. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was the cleanest I've ever found. We'll done!

Good Basic's Hotel, it was clean, friendly and for a quick overnight served my purpose. Room was clean and tidy. Could use a better pillow. It's convenient to a shell station next door and good drive through coffee down the road. Location was easy for traveling on Hwy 93, heading to I84.
