The hotel is not big, not in the downtown area, but very quiet. The hardware is very new and looks simple and clean. The room is not big, but one person accepts. But the room to complain is on the top floor. Because the roof is a slope-style design, it wastes a lot of space. It looks a bit small and depressed. It just rains at night. The rain is very loud on the tiles, which affects sleep. Also, breakfast is not bad.

Booked recently due to business travel for 3 days. Location- amazing, near the lake. Must go for a walk. The lake area is beautifully organised and really nice to seat outside during summer. Hotel - a bit back to 90’s with deco. Desperately need renovation. But rooms clean, bed comfortable. Bfast - huge choice of different polish food. Some people may find it too traditional. Presentation can improve. Staff - friendly, but make sure that everyone knows bar closes at 22.00. No info provided on the location, which is probably the biggest selling point. Car park- if you can park in front of hotel on on Main Street. There is unsecured, paid car park in hotel, don’t waste your money.

I stayed in October for 2 nights during a business trip. Receptionist was very helpful and speak very good English. Room was very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of free parking places and you can park you car easily. Location was okay quite close to city center. There are complimentary water and coffee in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Wifi free and signal was good. There is a minibar in the room but it is empty you can put your drinks or food. There is also a flower shop at the entrance and you can exchange money there. Rate was better then the bank.

We didn't expect much, but we were very surprised. The hotel has the character of a conference hotel less for holidaymakers. But the room and the beautiful bathroom were comfortable enough to feel well a few days. The room was also beautifully clean. The window was to the ice stadium and you heard, especially at night, pumps or some electrical equipment. Breakfast was very good although a little variation and fruit would be beautiful. The spa department was great. Beautiful pool, whirlpool, sauna etc. There were just not so many people in the hotel and thus the spa was very empty. The staff was very friendly. However, what was a lack is the missing chair. The heavy bags we had to pull the smooth stone stairs up and our dog too. He refused to run this smooth stairs up.
