Even though there was an issue with our initial room not being ready, we were given another room immediately. Overall it was a good stay

I’ll just share from start to finish… Booked a room via *******, Standard King room - nothing crazy. Get there, parking lot is very small, along with the amount of space between cars. Anyway, we check in, head up to the room. It’s a room with two queen beds. Not what I booked. Husband went down to get it fixed, since I paid for a King room. He was told that she booked all the king rooms and that’s all that was left. That I was also contacted through *******, which I wasn’t, to notify me of the situation. Which I wasn’t. No email, no text, no message in the ******* app. Didn’t even offer to compensate for the error on their part. I shouldn’t have been able to book a room of that kind if there wasn’t any available. Then after all that, the TV doesn’t even work. Ok option if you just need a place to put your head for the night, but don’t expect much from it.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Slept well, one night stay for a competition there . Lots of places nearby to eat as well.

Not a good experience from check in to check out and all points between, dont go hungry for breakfast

No breakfast it all and milk

Beautiful well maintained clean hotel. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Heater worked. Nice bed. Nice breakfast. Eggs. Waffles cereal. Fruit. Yogurt. Different coffees. Milk. Juices etc. 6am

The room was nice, it did cool down, satisfactorily. Thee location is easilly accessible. However the maintenamce on the rooms needs to be investigated

The room was nice, I did want to bring to your attention that the tile next to the shower is cracked in the room I stayed in. I just don't want someone to splash water, and it cause damage on the first floor. I did not have and conditioner or lotion on the counter, only shampoo. I would also investigate the computer system to see how the same room got checked into by myself and another couple who opened the door with their keycard. I am not upset about this, bc the people who opened the door were extremly pleasant and understanding, I was fully clothed and alone, but had I had my family or wife, or either party had anger issues, this could have turned into an incident you see on the news.

The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The morning breakfast was nothing to write home about. But as for as being a clean motel it was.
