Since the hotel group was taken over by Wyndham, the cleanliness, the service, and everything about the place has gone downhill. We used to go to La Quinta very frequently, but we are sorely disappointed since Wyndham took over. We will not be coming back.

The folks at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent looking however, there were a lot of roaches of varying sizes and road noise that made it hard to sleep.

The sink was broken. The water in the lobby had mold in it. The room was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in and it smelled horribly.

The first room. Someone pooped in the toilet and didn't flush. the heater didn't work and neither did the phone.
the second room. looked clean but we saw 2 roaches , the refrigerator was broken and the plug above the night stand didn't work and the hot water was luke warm at best.

Would not fix backed up toilet! I informed the front desk at 7 A.M, 9 A.M and again at 9:45 that I could not use the toilet. I watched the housekeeper the front desk asked to handle the problem clean rooms on either side of me and never come to my room. I finally had to check out. Side note It was backed up when I checked in 2 days earlier, backed up again the night before checkout.
