Beautiful new hotel with a sleek, modern design - but still comfortable. They seem to have thought of everything in the room and the included breakfast was definitely a cut above. The only thing I noticed were a couple of slightly loose fixtures in the bathroom - very minor! We will definitely stay here again. It’s probably the best place we’ve stayed in the Lowell area - and we’ve tried several!

I had the happiest stay! The breakfast was awesome! Probably the best breakfast ever included with a yogurt bar, the heated food was served (eggs made to order) lots of bagel and toast options (including udis) and so many fruit choices. The suite I stayed in was so clean and I appreciated the kind staff! For sure will only be staying there next time I am in the area!

Very comfortable accomodations, spacious rooms, decent breakfast, fitness center had more to offer than most hotels we've stayed at previously, pet friendly, and staff was friendly. Unfortunately the pool was closed. If we are in the area again we will book again.

The hotel was pristine. The only criticism was that the room was very warm and it took hours for it to cool down. I would have appreciated a window that at least cracks open in the bedroom area.

This was the worst hotel experience we've had - and we've had a lot! Literally everything was bad including staff professionalism, service, food quality/availability, room cleanliness, housekeeping, etc. but the worst was that the hotel tolerated an extremely loud party-type group in a guest room overnight. The noise from this was intolerable and went on the entire night ('til 5:30am) The staff was not willing to deal with it. Completely unacceptable. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Great location! The breakfast food and staff are fabulous!! Had an issue with housekeeping but the desk staff handled it wonderfully and efficiently. Would definitely stay here again next trip!
