Walls were a little thin but not too bad

I stayed here over Easter and was very pleased. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very friendly. Our shuttle driver Dale was so helpful making sure we knew how to get to our sightseeing destinations. The location is perfect with a huge mall and many restaurants right nearby. The train station also nearby got us into DC quickly without having to change trains.

Had a positive stay at Residence Inn Tysons Corner. The bed was comfy and breakfast was decent. The highlight of our visit was the shuttle service and driver, Mr. Dale. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to be in the presence of. If in the area again, would stay here just because of Dale, he's the nicest guy!

Unfortunately after a long day of travel I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk before someone finally showed up to check me in. He then had a horrible attitude and did not even apologize for the wait. The room is nice but the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Very nice staff, the breakfasts are very tasty, good staff work at the reception and are always ready to help, I’m very glad that I chose this hotel, it was perfect, the hotel was impeccably clean, the room was perfectly clean, everything works, the hotel is a million stars

Absolutely one of the best Marriotts with regard to staff and hospitality. Sean Flynn, the General Manager was super friendly and accommodating. Dale, the shuttle driver was extraordinary. I felt like I was at home with this team. I travel to DC on business 1-2/a year and will plan all of my stays at this property. Highly recommend! Plus, it is right in the heart of great shopping and restaurants and public transportation.

This hotel is so terrible it is shameful to carry the Marriott name. It was dirty, it smelled, the desk staff are wholly unhelpful. Parking is atrocious and there are no real amenities. I would look to any other property in the area first. I would never stay here again.
