Recepção cordial e atenciosa. Quarto adequado a condição do hotel, toalhas de qualidade ruim, ar condicionado e tv adequados. Estacionamento regular, café da manhã ruim, descuidado - frutas cortadas de qualquer maneira, ovos enchidos frios… salão café também um pouco descuidado.

Se você tiver carro grande irá passar aperto para subir a garagem. Há um problema na rampa que deixa a roda do carro suspensa, ela fica rodando e carro não sai do lugar.
No café da manhã alguns itens, como ovo, deveriam permanecer aquecidos.
Falta espelho de corpo no quarto.

Estadia e atendimento foram excelentes! Apenas o estacionamento que deixa a desejar, pois possui uma rampa de acesso muito íngrime e com curva muito fechada. #Melhoria.

Hotel muito bom, com um bom café da manhã com muita variedade e bom atendimento pelos funcionários, tanto na recepção como no refeitório. Muito limpo e a localização previlegiada para que vc se desloque com facilidade ao centro de Ubá.

Chegamos no quarto, a cama de casal minúscula, não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro e as toalhas finas e horríveis. O café da manhã péssimo, fomos pedir um travesseiro, o recepcionista falou pra gente descer e pegar na recepção. O hotel possui duas entradas, pois ele vai de um quarteirão ao outro, precisamos sair pra jantar na rua de trás, paralela a da recepção da rua principal e estava chovendo, e o recepcionista, ao invés de abrir a recepção para sairmos por trás, pra nos facilitar, falou que era só a gente andar rapidinho que chegaríamos no local desejado. A garagem é horrível, estreita e íngreme, a entrada e saída são pela mesma rampa. Não indico pra ninguém. Péssima estadia.
