Os funcionários são educados e atenderam as solicitações, tanto a recepção como os da higiene. O ambiente do hotel é bom, organizado e limpo. Mas fica a desejar no conforto dos colchões, assinatura de tv e instalar o ar condicionado distante das camas.

A estrutura do local tinha de tudo para ser super bacana, porém, nada funciona como deveria. No café da manhã as reposições demoram a acontecer, os quartos e banheiros não são bem limpos, as tolhas que são trocadas cheiram a mofo, falta água para o banho, eles disponibilizam wi-fi gratuito mas que pouco funciona, fica a maior parte do trmpo indisponível o que impossibilita qualquer tipo de trabalho usando o wi-fi deles.

Hotel bem localizado, proximo a praia da enseada, mas fica na estrada. Quarto tamanho bom, mas a vista da varanda, horrivel, virada pra lavanderia. Restaurante so ate as 14, mas hotel indica restaurantes . Cafe da manhã gostoso, bastante variedade. Colchão muito fino, cama baixa e pequena. Area da piscina boa, mas a piscina estava bem suja, reclamei e falaram que estava limpa, no outro dia limparam.

Hotel não entrega o que oferece, em caso de chuva não oferece nada de lazer, não comunicou o fato da sala de jogos estar desativada, e não permite o uso de talher do hotel nos quartos. Não É um bom custo benefício.
