Pousada simples e muito limpa, atendimento excelente principalmente da Gabriela que é bem atenciosa. Café da manhã simples mas atende muito bem a necessidade.Pousada bem próximo à praia, não precisando retirar carro da pousada, a menos que tenha interesse em conhecer praias mais distantes. Parabéns!

We stayed at 4 different hotels for around the same pricing, and this one was the most disappointing one. The whole space was cramped and small. The floors were dirty in the bedroom, around the fridge, and in the bathroom. The bathroom was falling apart; the door handle and lock fell off everytime and the shower will automatically turn on and off constantly by itself. For breakfast, they blocked us outside and say the tables are full and we will have to wait in the raining cold until some people are done eating. But we have a clear view of the dining area, and over half of the tables are empty. Very bad service. We will not stay here again next time we visit.

Reservamos 4 dias nessa pousada (dos quais perdemos 1 pro trânsito da BR-101 kkk) e nos foi oferecido mais uma diária mas não topamos no fim. Achei o banheiro decente e as instalações do quarto que ficamos tbm foram muito boas. Teve um pequeno probleminha com as chaves do quarto mas logo foi resolvido. A pousada não é luxuosa, mas tem toda a estrutura necessária pra receber hóspedes. Passei muito bem lá. Ter uma piscina na área comum, mesmo que pequena é um plus. E gostei bastante do café da manhã tbm, enxuto mas muito bom. E se olhar direito dá pra ver que é uma casa (ou mais de uma) adaptada pra virar pousada.

1-)Pousada muito perto da praia grande de Ubatuba-SP (tipo: uma dor de barriga na praia se resolve na pousada...); 2-)Piscina sempre limpa; 3-)Frequentada por família e casais de namorados...(não vi pessoas "fuleiras..."barraqueiras"...etc); 4-)Quartos amplos e banheiro limpo todos os dias; 5-)Café da manhã excelente (o nível de excelência é para àqueles que sabem diferenciar um café da manhã de um Resort 4...5 estrelas, de uma pousada); 6-)Funcionários muito atenciosos, simpáticos e educados... Atenção especial para a Verônica: Super atenciosa, gentil, flexível quanto aos horários, sempre dando muita atenção "extra" aos hóspedes. Chego a pensar que ela deve ser a DONA DA POUSADA..(tamanha dedicação e apreço que ela tem com os hóspedes...raridade ver isso com nossos funcionários...) Resumindo: Pousada Top... Por todas essas qualidades postadas acima.
