Estadia foi boa, os quartos são antigos, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.
O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e para piscina, o bar da piscina tem boa estrutura.
Pessoal muito cordial e atenciosos.
O café da manhã deixa a desejar, poucas opções salgadas.

Hotel delicioso, com café da manhã super completo, funcionários muito atenciosos e educados e o buffet no jantar faz toda diferença para quem está com criança. Limpeza das áreas comuns e da piscina era diária. Com certeza os quartos e banheiros precisam de manutenção. Frigobar antigo, quase não gela, portas, azulejos e pisos dos banheiros muito danificados e gastos, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado nossa estada.

Tudo no hotel é maravilhoso… Desde a recepção, o serviço oferecido, a estrutura, as acomodações, quarto limpo e super confortável, a comida é excelente… todos os garçons super simpáticos, prestativos e proativos, em especial o Sr. Debrea que é o Maître… Minha experiência no hotel foi incrível!!!!

O hotel é maravilhoso, não tenho nada a reclamar, mas o funcionário André, que trabalha no restaurante é um sujeito muitíssimo mal educado que faz com que as refeições no restaurante não sejam nada agradáveis, fiquem espertos com esse grosso, ele precisa de muitíssimas aulas de atendimento ao hóspede, péssimo atendimento, me fez querer até ir embora. Ele fica de marcação com alguns hóspedes, desde o momento em que eu e minha família chegamos ele implicou principalmente comigo, ainda estou no hotel e sempre que vejo ele me dá uma sensação ruim. Ele foi super grosseiro comigo chamando minha atenção de uma forma hostil devido eu estar me servindo com trajes de banho, mas hoje mesmo vi uma mulher com trajes de banho e ele não fez nada, claramente ele esta de implicância, isso é inaceitável.

We encountered a nicely presented hotel, helpful staff and a spacious pool ( warmest water we’ve ever encountered) . Bedroom was old in style , aged, keys here no card entry to rooms. Lots of noisy residents into the wee hours screaming kids moving furniture on the tiled floors, both sides of our bedroom and also from the bedroom above thin walls until 1am, then the whole things kick off again at 6am as they stampede around to get ready for the buffet breakfast , seemingly just local folk treating them selves!!. Food in the morning was of the processed affair we noticed a large bowl of chopped fruit in a bubbling bath of fermented syrup ( screaming off ) Salty smoked bacon .. plus cakes and buns also an omelette section that we passed on. Basically clean and an aged place pity we picked a noisy time to stay over but the walls are thin and it’s placed on a noisy road. Tip :: Take a top floor room and get as far from the road as possible.
